Dear SPD Member:

The election of SPD officers is held every two years in accordance with the ATA Governing Policy for Divisions.

Earlier this year the 2016 SPD Nominating Committee announced the 2016 SPD candidates in the slate broadcast to the SPD membership.

SPD members were given 45 days after the slate broadcast to object to the slate and/or add candidates to the slate. There were no objections and no further candidates were received. Therefore, the SPD is happy to announce their newly elected SPD officers:

Administrator: Charo Welle
Assistant Administrator: Yolanda Secos

 

Charo and Yolanda will begin their term at the SPD Annual Meeting, scheduled to be held on Friday, November 4, 4:45pm – 5:45pm during ATA’s 57th Annual Conference (November 2-5, 2016) at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco in San Francisco, California.

We invite all the SPD members to join us in welcoming them as the incoming Administrators!
